Privacy Policy
Information about contact data, communications, anonymous analytics, technical logs, and data subject rights.
Lara Software respects the privacy of visitors, clients, and commercial contacts. This policy explains how information provided through official channels is used for service, request analysis, and communication related to the company's services.
The party responsible for data processing on this website is 67.709.233 GABRIEL DIAS DE LARA, CNPJ 67.709.233/0001-39, operating in Brazil. For privacy matters, use the email gabriel@lara.dev.br.
When you submit the contact form, Lara Software uses the information provided to contact you, analyze your request, and continue the service process. The system is designed to send the message by email through Resend and not keep a local leads database in the application. The data will not be used for different purposes without prior authorization.
Email communications use the Resend transactional provider. WhatsApp is an external channel and may be subject to the platform's own terms and policies. For detailed requests, briefings, proposals, or technical information, email or the form is preferred.
The website may record anonymous events to understand general usage, conversions, and page operation. The internal analytics does not use cookies, localStorage, indexedDB, or persistent visitor identifiers. Raw events have short retention according to the operational configuration validated in Phase 11, and the intended use is statistical.
Technical logs may be used for security, diagnostics, and system operation. The project applies redaction of sensitive information and should not record full form content in application logs.
You may request information, correction, or deletion of data related to a submitted contact request, when applicable. To do so, write to gabriel@lara.dev.br with enough context to locate the request.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in channels, providers, website operation, or applicable legal requirements.
